Important. Axzons supports mental health-related care coordination, emotional support, companionship, and daily living support where available. It does not replace emergency care, psychiatric treatment, psychotherapy, or licensed clinical judgment.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For mental health crisis support in the U.S., call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
For people who could use steady, confidential support.
Seniors experiencing social isolation, loneliness, or low mood
Individuals living with chronic illness who want consistent emotional support
Family caregivers who need check-ins and someone in their corner
Households who want to recognize changes early and coordinate next steps
Support built around routine, presence, and coordination.
Care coordinators and caregivers provide a steady, confidential presence, recognize changes, and help families coordinate next steps — coordinating with licensed therapists when needed.
- Emotional support sessions, in-home or virtual
- Companionship for mental well-being
- Behavioral observation and family coordination (mood, routine, cognition)
- Social engagement support
- Family caregiver check-ins
- Coordination with licensed therapists or healthcare providers, if needed
- Diagnose mental health conditions
- Provide psychotherapy or psychiatric treatment
- Prescribe or adjust medications
- Replace emergency psychiatric care
- Provide crisis intervention
Three things our role looks like.
Emotional support & companionship
Consistent, confidential emotional support and companionship — in-home or virtual — so the household feels less alone.
Behavioral observation
Caregivers and coordinators notice changes in mood, routine, and cognition, and help the family coordinate next steps.
Family coordination
One named care coordinator keeps the family informed and, where needed, coordinates with licensed therapists and providers.
A steady, weekly rhythm of support.
- 1 emotional support session per week (45–60 minutes), standard plan
- Bi-weekly option for lighter needs
- Additional sessions available as an add-on, where available
Licensed therapist coordination.
Licensed therapist coordination may be available by referral or separate arrangement where applicable. A care coordinator can connect the household with licensed providers when that is the right next step.
This is supportive, non-clinical care and coordination. Availability and the specific mix of support vary by location, case, and the licensed clinicians involved. In an emergency call 911; for crisis support, call or text 988.
